This manufacturing customer needed a reliable high speed door to separete production areas from an outside loading dock. High traffic and safety was a concern at this door opening. This customer had prviously been using a competitive "soft bottom edge" style door. They had experienced multiple control and safety issues with the door and had been unsuccessful with repair needs from the distributor they had bought the door from. RDD completed a safety survey of the customer's needs, recommended a quality design from Rytec and within 3 weeks had the door solution professionally installed and the customers needs met.
