- CSR Customer Service Representative (Full Time)
Will be responsible for working with customers in a specific territory. Maintain strong customer relationships and quote their service and aftermarket parts needs.
- Service Technician (Full Time)
Perform high quality service repairs on dock equipment, overhead doors and lift equipment. Will be a lead technician and responsible for running a service truck. Will be responsible for managing a helper. Will be responsible for maintaining truck inventory. Will need good communication skills. Will need to have good PC skills or the aptitude to learn.
- Service Technician Helper (Full Time)
Work as a helper and second man on a service team truck. Responsible for responding to dispatched service calls for the repair of material handling equipment. Hard work and dedication to the job can result in promotions including Lead Technician status and management of your own service truck.
