RDD service representatives are trained to perform all service repairs with the highest level of safety. Our representatives are OSHA certified and trained for all site-specific needs and requirements of your facility prior to performing service repairs. RDD service professionals are constantly updated on all factory upgrades and safety procedures because safety is our number one focus when working in your facility. Security while at your facility is also important. All RDD service personnel have (TWIC) Transportation Workers Identification Credentials including background checks and biometric identification badges.

Parts Support

RDD is a full service company offering 24-hour call out response. We operate a fully staffed parts department in multiple locations. Our Parts Managers and Customer Service Representatives are experienced, factory-trained personnel that are able to assist you with your material handling parts needs in the most professional, efficient manner. We offer competitive priced parts on all brands and models and are trained to source hard-to-find components so they can be shipped overnight in order to get your equipment up and running fast. Company service trucks are stocked with OEM parts for most brands and models so we can make repairs onsite when possible.
